Individual members of Dover Youth to Youth have often received awards over the years. The following are some individual awards received.
The Washington, DC based Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids recognized individual Youth to Youth students several times in its annual Youth Advocacy Awards Program.
2013
Alison Glass, a senior social work major at the University of New Hampshire and Y2Y intern, received the NH Providers Association Intern of the Year Award. It was presented to her for her demonstration of significant professionalism, dedication to the field and exception leadership skills.
2013
Abby Martinen was honored by The Partnership at Drugfree.org and Major League Baseball Charities with the third annual Commissioner’s Play Healthy Awards. Abby was presented the award by Los Angeles Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson during The Partnership at Drugfree.org’s annual gala in New York City. She received a $1,000 gift certificate and an all expenses paid trip to New York.

Dover Youth to Youth member Paige Niler, 16, of Dover, New Hampshire, was named the East Regional Youth Advocate of the Year.
2008
Merritt McLaughlin was selected as the Eastern Region Youth Advocate of the Year.
2006
Kaitlyn Reilly was named the overall National Youth Advocate of the Year.
2006
Emily Martuscello was named the Eastern Region Advocate of the Year. *This was the first time one organization has had 2 winners in the same year.
2005
Kaitlyn Reilly was named the Eastern Region Advocate of the Year.
2002
Kari Fitch was honored with one of four PRIDE Youth Leadership Awards presented during the 25th PRIDE World Drug Prevention Conference in Cincinnati. Kari was recognized for providing instruction and training to students about drugs, and for her involvement in mentoring a group of middle school Youth to Youth students after school each week.
2001
Beth Herlihy, a member of Dover Youth to Youth, won the NH Smoke Free Alliance 2001 Youth Advocate of the Year award. Beth Herlihy was recognized as a distinguished finalist in the 2001 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards. Some 10 national honorees were selected from a field of 28,000 applications and Beth was one of 10 NH finalists. Governor Jeanne Shaheen recognized Beth and the NH honorees at an awards banquet. She received a bronze medallion and a Declaration from the NH House of Representatives for being one of the state’s top youth volunteers.
2000
Chaney Davis was selected as the Eastern Region Youth Advocate of the Year.
1999
Dover Youth to Youth student Jeremy Collette was selected by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) as the 1999 Youth Advocate of the Year.
